This Privacy Policy explains how Ureka Education(“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the AI Bridge platform and online internship.Ureka Education operates AI Bridge and manages participant data, program notices, and support requests. Accelara AI supports the portal as technical platform provider.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

We collect information you provide and information generated as you use the platform:

• Account details: full name, email, username, and country.
• Enrollment information, project track preference, and intake answers for your cohort.
• Payment records. Card payments are processed securely forUreka Education as merchant of record; we store payment status and references, not your card details.
• Program activity: submissions, files, team membership, cultural exchange work, progress, mentor feedback, and review outcomes.

• To operate your enrollment, portal access, team placement, and certificates.
• To deliver the UNITAR course, virtual internship, submissions, expo, and reviews.
• To send essential transactional emails about your enrollment.
• To improve and secure the platform.

We rely on trusted processors to run the platform, including data storage, account authentication, payment processing, transactional email, optional staff drafting support, and technical portal support from Accelara AI. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Where AI assists with rubric pre-scoring, summaries, or draft feedback, outputs are advisory only and may be approved, edited, or ignored by human reviewers. AI is never the sole basis for certificates, finalist selection, prizes, eligibility, or official program outcomes.

We retain your data for as long as needed to deliver the program and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
