Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of AI Bridge, an online Global Minds Innovation Internship from Ureka Education. By enrolling or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Ureka Education is the program operator, participant-facing support contact, and merchant of record for AI Bridge. Ureka Education is responsible for program operations, UNITAR coordination, live sessions, mentors, judges, certificates, final participant decisions, payments, refunds, and program-specific legal wording.

Accelara AI provides the technical operating portal and related platform support. Accelara AI does not operate the AI Bridge program, decide participant outcomes, or control payment and refund decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding agreement, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required.

Program fees are shown at enrollment and are due before your seat is confirmed, unless Ureka Education has approved a scholarship, institutional enrollment, or other written payment arrangement. Payments are processed through Ureka Education's secure checkout. Your participant portal unlocks once payment is confirmed.

Ureka Education reviews refund, transfer, and cancellation requests under the refund rules for your cohort. Ureka Education sends any approved refund through the relevant payment channel; platform access may change or end after a refund or chargeback.

You retain ownership of the work you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and assess your submissions for the purpose of delivering the program, mentorship, reviews, cultural exchange activities, public portfolio work, and the expo.

• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully toward your cohort.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Submit your own work and credit collaborators appropriately.

UNITAR and Ureka certificates, finalist recognition, cash awards, and trip eligibility are awarded based on participation and human-reviewed assessment. AI-assisted review, scoring, summaries, and draft feedback are advisory tools only: official decisions remain with Ureka Education, UNITAR, mentors, judges, or other approved human reviewers.
